• Company name, country/emirate of business, and business website URL (if provided)
• Your business role (e.g. Founder, Operations, Regulatory Compliance)
• Product categories of interest and estimated registration volumes
• Current registration status and voluntary project challenge notes
• Technical audit trail: timestamp, consent version, language locale (en or ar), and date-salted hash of client IP for spam protection

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following purposes:

• Evaluating your company’s suitability and eligibility for the RegiPilot AI pilot program
• Contacting you via email regarding your application status, invitation onboarding, and feedback requests
• Preventing automated abuse, duplicate submissions, and fraudulent access requests
• Responding to direct inquiries submitted through our contact form

We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact details to third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Storage

Applicant records are stored securely in dedicated, isolated Cloudflare D1 storage within regional data centers. Early-access submissions are retained for up to 12 months following program launch to coordinate pilot cohorts, after which unaccepted applications or inactive inquiries are deleted.

5. Your Rights & Data Subject Requests

Under applicable data protection principles, you have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or request complete deletion of your early-access submission.
