These Terms of Service govern your access to and participation in the RegiPilot AI prelaunch early-access pilot program operated by TRUSTQR LTD.
1. Early-Access Application & Pilot Scope
Submitting an early-access request through this website represents an expression of interest to participate in a prelaunch pilot. It does not constitute a binding commercial contract, guarantee of admission, or immediate entitlement to product registration services.
2. No Guarantee of Government Approval
RegiPilot AI provides specialized regulatory pre-submission compliance audits and documentation management. We do not make final registration decisions. The legal and administrative authority to approve, reject, or request revisions on any product application rests solely and exclusively with Dubai Municipality and the competent government inspectors.
3. Fee Disclosures
Participation in the prelaunch software pilot is provided without software platform fees for selected companies. Official Dubai Municipality registration fees, testing expenses, and mandatory government charges remain separate official liabilities and will always be disclosed transparently prior to any payment handling.
4. Delegated Access & Revocation
Any planned operator delegation for municipal portal processing is structured around supervisory oversight. Your designated company administrator retains the right to revoke delegated operator permissions at any time through the official company administrative portal.
5. Accuracy of Submitted Data
Applicants must provide accurate, truthful company and contact information. Falsification of trade licenses, product packaging artwork, nutrition tables, or certificates is strictly prohibited.
